In order to maintain its high standards Holy Angels Preschool is committed to ensuring that staff training is given the highest priority.
The Early Years Childcare Advisory Service in Torbay provides excellent opportunities for all the preschool staff to attend a wide variety of training. Each member of staff is expected to complete a minimum of 5 separate training courses throughout each year. Holy Angels Preschool actively encourages its staff to attend as many training opportunities as possible. Staff attend online training and face to face training that cover a wide range of topics relevant to early years.
In addition, some training courses are available for parents, carers and committee members, details of training opportunities available can be found on the noticeboard.
